  3. NO PARKING AREA ADJACENT TO FIRE HYDRANT
    1. The no parking area around the three (3) fire hydrants that are located in this section of Myrtle Ave have been increasingly ignored and used as a parking space even when legal parking spaces are available. Both the fire hydrants and the curb marking are faded, and one is covered in vegetation. *This negatively impacts the livability of the neighborhood
    2. In the event of a fire, the obstruction of the fire hydrant could result in significant property damage.

    3. Motorists parking in front of the fire hydrant violate the Code of the City of Albany; §359-22 subsection D.
